Kale *Annual Germination: 7-14 days After danger of frost, sow in warm ground well exposed. Cover with 1/4 inch of soil firm lightly and keep moist. Rich soil preferred. When plants have 2 pair of leaves, thing or transplant, setting deep. Grow at 60 degrees withholding nitrogen. Best planted in late summer for fall color display.
