Western Native Sturdy Plant

Sow spring or fall in open ground well exposed. Cover with 1/8 inch soil.

This is the most vigorous of blue flowered flax with stems to 2 ft., usually leafless below. Branching clusters of light blue flowers are profuse from May to September. Flowers close in the shade or late in the day. Self-sows freely.

I like to use these in masses for striking color. They are very long bloomers and they are so easy to care for, I know you will love them!
