Sow seed in early spring in cold winter areas, and late summer or fall where winters are mild. These make wonderful cut flowers as well as easy to grow cottage garden plants. They thrive on poor soil and dry conditions. My kind of plant for sure. They also reseed by themselves so once you get them started you will have the pleasure of seeing them sprout up here and there and everywhere! A wonderful thing to have happen!
